Produce batch-after-batch of consistent sponge cakes with high volume, fine and soft texture and a thin crust thereby reducing wastage.

Recipe:

Vanilla Egg-Free Sponge Premix: 1000 g
Water: 500 g
Refined Vegetable Oil: 100 g
