Our premium blend includes antioxidants, enzymes, natural whitening
agents, emulsifiers and softening agents. At a dosage of 300 g per 100 kg maida, this blend enhances volume, improves crumb structure and provides an extended shelf life.
Baking bread using a wholesome recipe of ingredients including emulsifiers takes bread quality to a higher level. Furthermore, such breads are less sensitive to temperature fluctuations during proofing and baking as the added emulsifiers ensure better and more consistent machinability. per 100 kg maida this blend improves ordinary bread and makes it more special.
The quality of enzymes and antioxidants used in the production of bread play a major role in the eventual quality of bread. Enzymes of poor quality can cause problems in production especially during proofing, and poor antioxidants will just add cost and will not perform.
Actimix 5 is blended from the best imported enzymes available in the market, and the antioxidants are also carefully selected so that their performance is optimal.
