Our Cake Glaze is a pectin-based product which imparts an exceptional smoothness and gloss to cakes. Once the cake has been baked, the glaze is poured onto the surface of the cake, spread evenly and allowed to set. Once set, the colour of the cake looks brighter and if coloured Glazes are used then it adds a further colourfulness to the cake making them very eye-catching.
